Shipping and Delivery
Fast + Simple, We Get Your Order to You!
Our shipping policy is simple - we ship fast! Your order is usually shipped out within 1-2 business days via USPS or UPS. We provide tracking information for all our shipments to ensure you can easily track the progress of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over $50. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. We want you to receive your healing crystals and smudging supplies as soon as possible, so we do our best to get them to you quickly and safely.
Returns
The Small Print
We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-final sale items. All items must be unopened and in the same condition they were received in order to be eligible for a return. Final sale items include any items that come in contact with the body, such as earrings. Due to their personal nature, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.

At Liv Rocks Healing Crystals + Smudging, we offer a warranty on all our products. If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. We will do our best to replace the item or provide a refund. We also understand that crystals and smudging items are fragile, so please be mindful when handling them.
